Call mod-orders (/orders/id) to get Composite Purchase Order

We currently call GET /orders to get the list of purchase orders, but still call GET /po_line when selecting a Purchase order from the list.

Instead we should call GET /orders/

to get the composite purchase order when a purchase order is selected from the list. The fields in the details pane can then be populated with the information from the composite purchase order.
