Allow edit and deletion of pending check-in pieces

Purpose: If check-in pieces have been created and saved, allow them to be edited or deleted at any time

As a staff person
I want to be able to create pending check-in pieces, but also edit or delete them
So that I can correct mistakes in the details or remove accidental duplicates

Acceptance criteria:

• Note: A piece can only have one "item record" associated with it
• When editing if an item does not yet exist user should be able to add one
• If item is associated with piece already. On edit "Add Item" button is disabeld

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the pending Check-in items
   • When an item has not yet been checked in
   • Then display an edit option, so that the details can be updated and re-saved or checked in
   • NOTE: When editing, I can also add a new item, so that's good
2. Scenario 2
   • Given the pending Check-in items
   • When an item has not yet been checked in
   • Then display a delete option, so that the piece can be removed
3. Scenario 3
   • Include standard automated testing coverage; add screenshot or other details to confirm test coverage is in place
