If POLs fully received, close PO automatically - DRAFT

Purpose: Closing the PO can be more efficient if it closes automatically

Dennis It might be good to control this via a tenant-level setting instead of allowing it to happen automatically for all tenants

As a staff person
I want FOLIO to automatically close POs when they are fully paid and received
So that I can work more efficiently

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given a PO and its associated POLs
   • When the POL requires payment and receipt,
   • And those conditions have been met for each POL
   • Then close the PO automatically
2. Scenario 2
   • Given a PO and its associated POLs
   • When the POL requires payment, but does not require receipt,
   • And those conditions have been met for each POL
   • Then close the PO automatically
3. Scenario 3
   • Given a PO and its associated POLs
   • When the POL does not require payment, but requires receipt,
   • And those conditions have been met for each POL
   • Then close the PO automatically
4. Scenario 4
   • Include standard automated testing coverage; add screenshot or other details to confirm test coverage is in place
