When receiving a single line PO, automatically select the line for receipt

Purpose: When receiving a single-line PO, have the line automatically selected when the user presses the receive button

As a staff person
I want single line POs to have their PO Lines already marked when I begin the receiving process
So that I have one less click to make

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the Receiving screen
   • When there is only one POL listed
   • Then automatically select that POL for receiving
   • and activate the Receive button on the screen
2. Scenario 2
   • Include standard automated testing coverage; add screenshot or other details to confirm test coverage is in place
