View, Edit and delete "Order templates"

Purpose: after using an order template a number of times it may become clear that something needs to change or that this template is not longer necessary.

Acceptance criteria:
Given the user has navigated to settings
When selecting order templates
Then they are able to click edit order template
AND they will be able to edit the default values
AND save changes to the template

Given the user has navigated to settings
When selecting order templates
Then they are able to click delete order template
AND it will be removed from the list
