PO Line number label is different on different screens

Overview: The label for the PO line number is different on different screens. It should be the same on all screens

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot as diku_admin
2. Go to the Orders app and view the following on an existing order
   • The PO line summary area in the PO
   • The detail view of a POL
   • The edit view of a POL

Expected Results: The label for the POL should be the same on all 3 screens: POL number

Actual Results: It's not. It's PO line number on the PO summary. It's PO line ID on the detail and edit views of the POL.

dennisbridges Please confirm the correct label: POL number or PO line number or PO line ID. A-M votes for POL number - DB IMO we should opt for a consistent format that follows the PO (Eg. PO number) thus I have updated the expected results with the label POL number.
