Cannot create PO Line

    Description

      Overview: Cannot create PO Line - not sure if I'm missing required data or if something is broken

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot as diku_admin
      2. Create a PO
      3. Create a PO Line on that PO

      Expected Results: I can create the PO line

      Actual Results: I could never get the PO line created/saved. I think I was filling in all of the required data, but it's hard to tell, since the "PO line not created" and the UI don't give me any indication of what is missing or what is wrong.
