Order: Receiving Button logic Update

    Description

      Overview: The receiving button should only appear on open order that has PO lines that are able to be received.

      Requirements:

      • Should appear on open orders with at least one order line that has 1 quantity to be received
      • Should only appear if Open order has PO Lines that do NOT have a receipt status of "Pending" or "Receipt not Required"
      • Should NOT appear if the PO Line(s) are intended for Checkin - Checkin Items toggle = true
