Receiving: Access Receiving items pane from Orders

Purpose: Users need to be able to receive a quantity of items that have been ordered on a PO Line so that they can keep track of whether or not they have received everything they ordered.

Requirements:

• The "Receive" button should appear on "Open" orders - See screenshot
• When clicking the receive button at the PO level you should see all POLs listed in the receiving pane for which "Checkin items" does not equal true (Receive items pane - see UIREC-2)
• When clicking the receive button at the POL level you should see only that POL listed in the receiving pane (Moved to UIREC-12)
• The physical or electronic unit quantity must be greater than 1 in order to receive items
