No activity when Order status changed to Open

Overview After creating an order in Pending state, and upon creation of a PO Line , when the Order is updated to Open, the Page does not show any activity

Steps to Reproduce
Login to folio-snapshot stable and navigate to Orders App
Create an order in pending state
Create a PO Line with Po Line details, Cost Details and Location accordion (With no item details)
Edit the order and change order status to open and click update Order

Expected
Order is updated successfully or in case of a failure an error is shown on screen

Actual
There is no activity on the screen
Looking at the developer tools shows an error as below
