    Description

      Purpose: At the purchase order level the user needs to be able to see a breakdown of the total costs associated with this invoice.

      Note: As part of this task the "Adjustments" accordion should be removed from the PO

      Scenario 1:
      Given this PO has one or many POLs
      When the user is viewing cost information
      then they should have a Total Estimated Price
