Checkin Items toggle not checked when coming back to edit screen

Overview: Checkin Items checkbox is looks like it is not checked when it actually has been checked on.

How to reproduce:

1. Log in to folio-snapshot
2. create PO Line with Checkin items = true
3. Edit PO line and see checkin items check box

Actual: When coming back to edit PO Line the check box does not appear to be checked. You need to check it and uncheck it for the Upadte PO LIne button to be active.

Expected: The checkbox should appear to be checked as it was previously checked by the user.

Note: "Checkin Items" should also be written "Check-in Items"
