Create POL: Populate "Item Details" using Instance information when selecting an existing title

Overview: When adding a POL to a purchase order it is possible to select a title from inventory instances or add a new one. When selecting an existing title the system should pull any information it can from the instance record and populate the rest of the form for you.

Requirements:

• When selecting an existing title, pull any possible information from the instance record and populate the remainder of the "Item Details" accordion.
