Purchase Order Line - Material Type

As described in the MODORDERS-117 depending on the "Order Format" the items might be created in the Inventory.

According to the mod-inventory-storage item.json schema definition there are 3 properties required and one of them is "Material Type".
The Purchase Order Line allows to add "Material Type" in the "Item Details" accordion. There are few cases possible:

1. In case the user does not add "Material Type", the item creation cannot be done.
2. In case the user adds several Material Types, only one of them can be used for item creation (There should only be one material type per Format)

Scenario 1:
Given the POL format is Electronic
When populating E-resource details
Then the user should be able to indicate a material type for this format

Scenario 2:
Given the POL format is physical
When populating physical resource details
Then the user should be able to indicate a material type for this format

Scenario 3:
Given the POL format is other
When populating other resource details
Then the user should be able to indicate a material type for this format (In backend will be the same field as physical material type)

Scenario 4:
Given the POL format is P/E Mix
When populating E-resource details
AND physical recourse details
Then the user should be able to indicate a material type for each format

The proposal is to make "Material Type" required in case if Inventory updates required.
