    Description

      Purpose:
      (52)
An institution approaching fiscal close may have hundreds of orders fully paid, but not received.  In order to avoid re-encumbering after fiscal rollover, it should be possible to run a job closing all purchase orders where all purchase order lines have been fully paid

      User story statement(s):
      As an Acquisitions librarian
I need close orders where all the purchase order lines have been fully paid regardless of receipt status
So I can prevent paid orders from rolling over into the next fiscal year
      Scenarios:

      Scenario 1:
Select Job to close any order where all PO Lines are fully paid

      • Given there are open purchase orders where all purchase order lines are fully paid
        •   And the purchase order lines have not been fully received
      • When the user selects "Close all paid orders"  from Actions
      • Then a Prompt will open asking the user if they want to close all open purchase orders that have been fully paid
        • And the prompt will display the number of purchase orders that will be closed

      Scenario 2:
Run Job to close any order where all PO Lines are fully paid

      • Given a user has selected the menu option to close all purchase orders where all purchase order lines are fully paid
      • When the use selects "Run"
      • Then all open purchase order where all purchase order lines are full paid will be closed
        • And the job will report the number of purchase orders closed
        • And the job will report the PO name for any orders with all purchase order lines fully paid that were not closed
