Some buttons & pane headers do not have proper labels

Overview: Several buttons and pane headers are missing their UI labels (showing their backend labels) when displaying and creating/edting POs and POLs

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot as diku_admin
2. Go to the Orders app
3. Edit an existing PO; review all the pane headers and button labels
4. Edit an existing POL; review all the pane headers and button labels
5. Create a PO; review all the pane headers and button labels
6. Create a POL; review all the pane headers and button labels
7. Press the x and top left of the edit screen to cause the unsaved changes modal to display

Expected Results: all the buttons and pane headers should have clear, plain text

Actual Results: many show the backend data element label
