Duplicate an order template

Purpose:

When a user needs to create a large number of order templates, or a new very similar order template, they can duplicate an existing order template, and make changes.

As an acquisitions librarian
I need to duplicate an existing order template
So I can quickly create a new template with minor variations

Scenarios:

1. Scenario: add duplicate action to templates

• • Given user is viewing an order template
  • When selecting actions
  • Then the user can select "Duplicate"

2.  Duplicate template

• • Given I have an existing order template
  • When I Duplicate an existing order template
  • Then a new template with all values from the duplicated template is created
    • AND the template has a new unique name
    • AND the duplicated template lands on the edit page for the template
