OAI-PMH settings aren’t visible after bugfest env re-build

Overview:
There are some issues with oai-pmh modules deployment to the bugfest, which don’t reproduce on other FOLIO environments (like folio-testing, folio-snapshot etc.) – see related tickets. The root cause of all these bugs might be the same. Gulfstream team requires logs of oai-pmh modules from bugfest environment to investigate.
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into the bugfest-goldenrod.folio.ebsco.com
2. Go to Settings
3. Search for OAI-PMH

Expected Results:
OAI-PMH settings are in place
Actual Result:
OAI-PMH settings aren't displayed and can’t be reached by link https://bugfest-goldenrod.folio.ebsco.com/settings/oai-pmh.
