Add vendor invoice number to Invoice Line detail pane

Purpose: Libraries want the vendor invoice number to display on the invoice line detail pane in order to keep track of which vendor invoice is being reviewed.

User story statement(s):

As a reviewer of invoices
I want to see the vendor invoice number on the invoice line detail pane
so that I can quickly match a specific vendor invoice to the invoice in FOLIO

   • Given that I have a vendor invoice number associated with an invoice in FOLIO
   • When I open the invoice line detail pane
