Create new invoice from order

Purpose: 

1. Creating invoices manually is a slow process that requires copying and pasting ID numbers (POL number) and navigating between multiple apps

User story statement(s):

As an ordering librarian
I want to have the ability to easily create invoices from Orders

Scenarios:

1. Confirmation modal
   • Given user is viewing order
   • When clicking new invoice action
   • Then confirmation modal is displayed
   • Then user clicks Confirm and new invoice form is displayed
2. Cancel invoice creation
   • Given user is viewing invoice form
   • When clicks cancel - user is taken to PO details
3. Save with 1 POL
   • Given user is viewing invoice form
   • When clicks save and close and order has only one POL - user is taken to new invoice details page
4. Save with >1 POL

• • Given user is viewing invoice form
  • When clicks save and continue and order has more than one POL - user is taken to Edit sequence of invoice line screen (UIOR-986)
