Update accordion labels and logic on Invoice

Purpose: FOLIO invoice contains fund distributions and adjustments that the user is not clear about. They expect all distributions to appear in this area. When there is no invoice level adjustments it appears that the invoice has none. For that reason when empty these accordions should not be displayed. 

Scenarios:

1. Label change:
   • Given user is viewing Invoice
   • When Fund distribution accordion is displayed
   • Then the label is changed to "Invoice level fund distribution"
2. Label change:
   • Given user is viewing Invoice
   • When Adjustments accordion is displayed
   • Then the label is changed to "Invoice level adjustments"
3. Accordion display logic:
   • Given user is viewing Invoice
   • When there are No invoice level fund distributions
   • Then "Invoice level fund distributions" accordion IS NOT displayed
4. Accordion display logic:
   • Given user is viewing Invoice
   • When there are No invoice level adjustments
   • Then "Invoice level adjustments" accordion IS NOT displayed
