Download batch export files from full screen view

Purpose: Allow user to download batch export files

Scenarios:

1. Scenario: 
   • Given user is viewing voucher export area
   • When batch group has been selected
   • AND existing exports are displayed
   • Then exports with batch export file links have download icon at end of row
2. Scenario:
   • Given user is viewing voucher export area
   • When user clicks Download icon
   • Then Batch voucher file is downloaded in the format selected in settings (xml or JSON)
3. Scenario:
   • Given user has click download icon
   • When file is downloaded to browser
   • Then a success toast message is displayed
