Display receiving history for a POL on an invoice line

Purpose/Overview: Michigan State has requested the ability to view past payments associated with a POL on an invoice line. Proposed placement is indicated in the attached screenshot (highlighted yellow).

Requirements/Scope:

1. Past payment information for a POL should display on any invoice line associated with a POL.
2. This information should be included on an invoice line whether the invoice line was added manually or created via EDIFACT import.

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given invoice line is connected to a POL
   • AND POL has received pieces
   • When viewing this invoice line
   • Then "Receiving history" accordion is displayed
2. Scenario:
   • Given invoice line is connected to a POL with received piece(s)
   • When "Receiving history" accordion is displayed
   • Then all received pieces appear in MCL
   • AND columns shown are identical to columns shown on POL "Receiving history" accordion
     • Caption
     • Copy number
     • Enumeration
     • Chronology
     • Receipt date (Hyperlink to title in receiving)

   • Given invoice line is connected to a POL with received piece(s)
   • When "Receiving history" accordion is displayed
   • Then all received pieces appear based on Receipt date starting with most recently received at the top
