Manual Exporting of Invoice Fails

Overview:

Manual exporting of invoices fails with 404 error and uncaught exception, this may be a backend module bug but I dont know for sure.
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Pre set up required to export correctly
2. Visit settings->invoice-> batch group configuration
3. Click manual export
4. Click continue
5. Notice nothing happens
6. Note that console reports 
   /batch-voucher/export-configurations/2b1bb356-6bb6-4335-8864-427793fa16bd/credentials?limit=1000:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
7. Note console states "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'createdDate' of undefined" 
8. Enter config data for ftp
9. Retry causes just the type error above now

Expected Results:

Manual export occurs with no ftp credentials set up
Actual Results:

No export occurs
