Invoice lines are not in numerical order

Overview: The invoice lines for invoices with more than 9 lines do not display in numerical order

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into folio-snapshot
2. Go to the invoice app and create a new invoice
3. Click on New and add 11 new invoices lines to the invoice
4. Review the sequence of the invoice lines

Expected Results: Should be in numerical order

Actual Results: 1, 10, 11, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
