In some environments the acq unit field is disabled on the create invoice form even though our user has the assign acq unit to new records permission.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log into https://folio-honeysuckle.dev.folio.org/
- Login with user that has all invoice permissions
- select invoice app
- click "new"
- Select acquisition unit
Expected Results: acquisition unit field is active and user can select any acquisition units that they are a part of
Actual Results: Acquisition unit field is disabled
