Update invoice CRUD permissions

Purpose: Update invoice CRUD permissions to align with standard FOLIO format

View, create, edit and delete permissions are updated to reflect was is shown in the permissions spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1IJnlWvi4k-wFatDNimx9fQ375evHSIIxtGMookHvs-I/edit#gid=443204981

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given user has permission to assign user permissions
   • When searching permissions for "Invoice"
   • Then user can choose to grant the following CRUD permissions:
     • Invoice: Can view Invoices and Invoice lines
     • Invoice: Can edit Invoices and Invoice lines
     • Invoice: Can create new Invoices and Invoice lines
     • Invoice: Can delete Invoices and Invoice lines
       AND "Invoice: All permission for create, view, edit and delete invoices and invoice lines" does NOT appear as an option
