Remaining amount of Fund distribution not formatted by invoice/order currency setting

Overview: Remaining amount of Fund distribution not formatted by invoice/order currency setting

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into folio-testing environment as Diku admin
2. Create invoice
3. Select different currency than system currency
4. Click new invoice line
5. add subtotal
6. add fund distribution

Expected Results: Fund distribution 'Remaining amount to be distributed' displays in invoice currency. Fund distribution amount displays in invoice currency.

Actual Results: Fund distribution amount and 'Remaining amount to be distributed' displays in system currency.

Additional Information: the same is true for POL fund distributions and the behavior should be the same in both cases
