Create module to generate RxJava source code

As a Folio developer
I want to have an ability to choose which framework to use in the module

Requirement

• create a separate module which will generate a boiler-plate code as well as 'raml-module-builder' but using Vert.x RxJava

Acceptance Criteria

• developer can use module to create a source code with RxJava implementation
