Permission: Delete MARC authority record

Purpose: To allow or disallow a user from being able to delete MARC Authority records

User story statement(s):
As an administrator assigning permissions to users who work with the MARC Authority app
I want the option to restrict users from deleting MARC authority records from FOLIO
so that they cannot do things that they are not permitted to do

Permission name MARC Authority: Delete MARC authority record

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given I have accessed the MARC authority app and I have conducted a Search
   • AND I view a MARC Authority record
   • WHEN I am assigned the permission [MARC Authority: Delete MARC authority record]
   • Then the Actions menu on the record should display Delete option
2. Scenario:
   • Given I have accessed the MARC authority app and I have conducted a Search
   • AND I view a MARC Authority record
   • WHEN I am NOT assigned the permission [MARC Authority: Delete MARC authority record]
   • Then display the Edit button if possible. IF NOT possible THEN only display Edit option in the Action menu
