Allow user to select MARC authority record(s) to export

As a librarian, I want the ability to export MARC authority records so I can make updates in bulk then update in bulk 

Requirements

1. When user either search or browse then display a check box to the left on each result. (See screenshot 1) 
2. Select a checkbox should update the results list paneheader (screenshot 2) 
   1. Display <<total number of selected results>> records selected 
   2. Separate the total number of results count from total number of selected results with a dot 
   3. For a live example, Go to Inventory app and search instances. Notice paneheader behavior AND checkbox treatment
3. Selections persist as user navigates from one page to another 
4. On Browse - do not display checkbox  next to browse placeholder (see below screenshot)

Acceptance criteria

Given I have conducted an Authority search 

When results are returned 

Then display a checkbox next to each result 

Given I have conducted an Authority browse 

When results are returned 

Then display a checkbox next to each result 

Given I view a search or browse list 

When I select a result 

Then update the results list paneheader to show the total number of results selected 

 Given I  view a search or browse list 

When I un-select a result 

Then update the results list paneheader to show the total number of results selected
