Change No Results Found Message for Items - when only search by filter

Purpose: Fine-tuning the No results found error that was previously specified, UIIT-51. To be used when you get no results without having entered search terms, but using filters alone.

1. Scenario
   • Given the Items List in the Inventory app
   • When filters return no results
   • Then the following message should be displayed:
     • No results found. Please check your filters.

This solution is similar to how UIU-158 was solved.
