Unable to specify strip fields and subfields if "Modify MARC 001 field for contributed records is not selected

Overview:

It should be possible to specify MARC fields and/or subfields to remove from contributed MARC records without modifying the 001 field of the MARC records.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into Volaris Rancher environment
2. Go to Settings > INN-Reach > Record contribution > Bib transformation criteria
3. Leave the "Modify MARC 001 field for contributed records" checkbox un-checked
4. Attempt to enter fields/sub-fields in the "Strip fields and subfields" field

Expected Results:

Typed values appear in the field.
Actual Results:

No text is entered.
