Fix typo in permission: "inn-reach.d2r.settings.any.get" - Update UI Permissions

Overview:

There is a typo in the permission id for: "inn-reach.d2r.settings.any.get"

Should be "inn-reach.d2*i*r.settings.any.get"

We need to update references to this permission as a sub-permission in other permissions, as well as correct the original typo.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get permissions list for INN-Reach modules

Expected Results:

Permissions referring to D2IR APIs use "d2ir" in their names when necessary
Actual Results:

This one permission has a typo and omits the "i" from "d2ir"
