Generate CQL query and pass it to GraphQL

    Description

      At present, the CQL is generated within stripes-connect, using the query function created by the makeQueryFunction-like code that git un-DRYed into ui-inventory/Instances.js. We need to encapsulate that code – ideally by re-DRYing it back into the recently improved makeQueryFunction of STRIPES-480 – then come up with a way to invoke it from our GraphQL query-generation code.
