Maximum instance/holding/item HRID is 99,999,999

    Description

      The backend (mod-inventory-storage) will reject to create any additional instance, holding or item record if the HRID already has reached the maximum of 99,999,999.

      Do the SIG and the POs really intend that FOLIO should not be capable of storing 100,000,000 instances, holdings or items?
