[UIIN-895] Lost and paid: behavior in inventory - FOLIO Issue Tracker

Purpose: Allow users to search & filter for items with the status Lost and paid in Inventory.Allow them to be marked Withdrawn or missing.

Scenario
- Given the item search in the search & filter pane in Inventory
- When the item status accordion is open
- Then show Lost and paid as an option under Item status
  - Default: unchecked
Scenario
- Given the Item status accordion in the item segment of the search & filter pane in Inventory
- When Lost and paid is checked
- Then filter results so that only instance records that have at least one item record with the status Lost and paid are shown
Scenario
- Given the item record for an item with the status Lost and paid
- When the header pane is open
- Then:
  - Show Mark as withdrawn
  - Show Mark as missing
  - Do not show:
    - New request
