Instance record. When viewing an instance record, the system generated HRID is not displayed

Overview: The system assigned HRID on the instance record does not display.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to FOLIO Snapshot, go to Inventory
2. Go to any instance record, view the record in detailed view.

Expected result: The HRID is displayed on the detailed view of the Instance record.

Actual result: There is no HRID displayed.

Not sure whether this has something to do with: UIIN-826, or the HRID sequencer is broken.

Similar bugs have been reported for the Holdings record (UIIN-873) and Item record (UIIN-874) - but here the display was a 'dash' for empty data.
