Instance, Holding and Item: Get catastrophic error message when click on New button (instanceType undefined)

Overview: Neither record types (Instance, Holdings or Item has the required data for HRIDs. I then tested what would happen if I created a New instance.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to FOLIO Snapshot, Go to Inventory
2. When click on 'New' button to create new instance, holding or item

Expected result
I get the usual edit form, and can start enter my data.

Actual result:
I get the ungraceful error message:
Please refresh the page.
The following occurred resulting in the current page becoming unstable.
