Settings page. Create Inventory as an item on the alphabetic list

Purpose: Now that we've deprecated Items, there is nowhere to CRUD loan types and material types; we therefore need to add these features, and more features to come under headline: Inventory on the Settings page

Senarios:

1. Scenario
   • Login to FOLIO-testing
   • Click on Settings in the top navigation bar
   • In the left pane, a new category called Inventory is visible
2. Scenario
   • In the left pane Inventory is listed in the list after alphabetic order
