Filter Item records by Request status

Purpose: given number of Request is captured in the Item record in the accordion: Loan and availability. The filter for Request status is one of the collapsed filters in the Filter & Search pane in the Item segment. The filter is similar to the filter in the Request app see: UIREQ-42, and UIIN-798.

Scenarios:

1. Scenario
   • Login to FOLIO Snapshot, go to Inventory
   • When the Item segment is selected
     
   • Then filter for Request status is listed in the order according to UIIN-761 (after: Item status date, and before On the fly records). The Request status filter is displayed collapsed by default
     
2. Scenario
   • When click on the little caret the filter will be unfolded with following select options:
     • Closed - Cancelled
     • Closed - Filled
     • Closed - Pickup expired
     • Closed - Unfilled
     • Open - Awaiting pickup
     • Open - In transit
     • Open - Not yet filled
     • Open - Awaiting delivery NEW - see: UIIN-798
3. Scenario
   • When selecting check box "Closed - Cancelled", by setting a check mark
   • Then the search is narrowed down to items where a request has been placed, and the request has the request status "Closed - Cancelled". In the item record, then Request value=false.
4. Scenario
   • When selecting check box "Closed - Filled", by setting a check mark
   • Then the search is narrowed down to items where a request has been placed, and the request has the request status "Closed - Filled". In the item record, then Request value=false
5. Scenario
   • When selecting check box "Closed - Pickup expired", by setting a check mark
   • Then the search is narrowed down to items where a request has been placed, and the request has the request status "Closed - Pickup expired". In the item record, then Request value=false
6. Scenario
   • When selecting check box "Closed - Unfilled", by setting a check mark
   • Then the search is narrowed down to items where a request has been placed, and the request has the request status "Closed - Unfilled". In the item record, then Request value=false
7. Scenario
   • When selecting check box "Open - Awaiting pickup", by setting a check mark
   • Then the search is narrowed down to items where a request has been placed, and the request has the request status "Open - Awaiting pick up". In the item record, then Request value=true.
8. Scenario
   • When selecting check box "Open - In transit", by setting a check mark
   • Then the search is narrowed down to items where a request has been placed, and the request has the request status "Open - In transit". In the item record, then Request value=true.
9. Scenario
   • When selecting check box "Open - Not yet filled", by setting a check mark
   • Then the search is narrowed down to items where a request has been placed, and the request has the request status "Open - Not yet filled". In the item record, then Request value=true.
10. Scenario
    • When selecting check box "Open - Awaiting delivery", by setting a check mark
    • Then the search is narrowed down to items where a request has been placed, and the request has the request status "Open - Awaiting delivery". In the item record, then Request value=true.
11. Scenario
    • When a search result in zero results
    • Then the error handling message will be the standard message: "[magnifier icon] No results found. Please check your filters."
12. Scenario
    • When clearing the search
    • Then click on the round icon with a white "x"
