Filter Item records by Item status

Purpose: Item status is an element in the Item record. The filter for Item status is one of the unfolded filters in the Filter & Search pane in the Item segment.

Scenarios:

1. Scenario
   • Login to FOLIO Snapshot, go to Inventory
   • When the Item segment is selected
   • Then Item status is the first listed filter. The filter is displayed unfolded
2. Scenario
   • The Item status filter has following options - can select:
     • Available
     • Awaiting pickup
     • Checked out
     • In process
     • In transit
     • Missing
     • On order
     • Paged
     • Withdrawn - TBD (UXPROD-1649, Q4 2019)
3. Scenario
   • When there is a check mark in Available
   • Then the search result is narrowed down to only return item records, where the Item status in the Item record is: Available
4. Scenario
   • When there is a check mark in Awaiting pickup
   • Then the search result is narrowed down to only return item records, where the Item status in the Item record is: Awaiting pickup
5. Scenario
   • When there is a check mark in Checked out
   • Then the search result is narrowed down to only return item records, where the Item status in the Item record is: Checked out
6. Scenario
   • When there is a check mark in In process
   • Then the search result is narrowed down to only return item records, where the Item status in the Item record is: In process
7. Scenario
   • When there is a check mark in In transit
   • Then the search result is narrowed down to only return item records, where the Item status in the Item record is: In transit
8. Scenario
   • When there is a check mark in Missing
   • Then the search result is narrowed down to only return item records, where the Item status in the Item record is: Missing
9. Scenario
   • When there is a check mark in On Order
   • Then the search result is narrowed down to only return item records, where the Item status in the Item record is: On order
10. Scenario
    • When there is a check mark in Paged
    • Then the search result is narrowed down to only return item records, where the Item status in the Item record is: Paged
11. Scenario
    ** When there is a check mark in Withdrawn
    ** Then the search result is narrowed down to only return item records, where the Item status in the Item record is: Withdrawn
12. Scenario
    • When more values have been selected, e.g. Available and In transit.
    • Then the search result is narrowed down to all item being Available OR In transit. Same functionality as e.g. in the Finance app, the Ledger segment, the accordion Status
