Item record. Implement new element: normalized call number

Purpose: Implement new element: 'Normalized call number' in Inventory Item record, the accordion Item data, subheading Item call number.

The display of the new element 'Normalized call number' is consistent displayed in the detailed view of the Item record, and in edit mode of the Item record. 'Normalized call number' is a not repeatable, not required element.

Scenarios:

1. Scenario
   • Login to FOLIO Snapshot, go to Inventory
   • Go to any given Instance record, with holdings and item data, and view an item record in edit mode.
   • When in create/edit mode of the item record, then drill down to the accordion Item data and the subheading Item call number.
   • Then the new element are to be viewed on the next line under the block of misc. call number elements
   • will discuss UX wireframe with Call number small group on 9/13/2019
2. Scenario
   • The element Normalized call number is a Not repeatable, not required element
3. Scenario
   • Data in the element is auto populated by the system, by displaying data concatenated from data being entered in following elements (CW: or manual entered ??? - get input from Call number small group)
     • Call number type
     • Call number prefix
     • Call number
     • Call number suffix
     • Copy number
4. Scenario
   • When viewing the Item detail record
   • Then the new element 'Normalized call number' is displayed in the accordion Location, subheading Holdings call number, on the next row after the block of call number elements
     • Call number type
     • Call number prefix
     • Call number
     • Call number suffix
     • Copy number
