Resource title should have focus/cursor for newly created instance

    Description

      Open https://folio-snapshot-stable.aws.indexdata.com/inventory?layer=create&sort=Title to create a new instance.
      Expected: The focus and the cursor are in the required "Resource title" input field so that I can start typing.
      Actual: No focus, no cursor. When doing keyboard navigation only I need to press Tab thirteen (13) times to move the cursor into the "Resource title" input field.
