Searching ISSN Using ISSN Search Limiter Doesn't Work -- after a while

    Description

      Steps to repro:

      1. Log into folio-snapshot
      2. Go to inventory
      3. Search for Temeraire
      4. Open it
      5. Copy the ISSN: 1447294130
      6. Search "All (Title, Contributor, Identifier)" for that ISSN - It returns the result (YAY)
      7. Change search to search Identifier and search for the same ISSN - It returns the result (YAY)
      8. Change search to search ISSN and search for the same ISSN

      Expected:

      • If a record has ISSN of 1447294130 and you search for that in ISSN, that record should be returned

      Actual: Record not returned

      Additional information: There is another bug with ISSN searching here: UIIN-623
