Description
Purpose: Search and browse for bibliographic records in Inventory, where the availability item state is set in the item record.
User story mentioned at PO meeting 4/17/2019: As a staff, I want to be able to find resource titles or packages of titles that are in process, on order, etc.
charlotte - will discuss with Emma, if this filter always need to be in a combined search; e.g. does it makes sense to get all 'Check out' resource titles???
Scenarios:
- Scenario:
- Login to FOLIO snapshot http://folio-snapshot.aws.indexdata.com/ go to the Inventory app.
- when a cataloger want to search or browse for content in Inventory by Availability
- then in the first pane it's possible to narrow the search by selecting given availability item state (data in the item record); e.g. In process, On order, Checked out, Checked in, Available, and more. See UX wire frame.
- Scenario:
- When a cataloger select In process
- then the performed search will only be within instance records, where one or more of the associated item records has the availability item state set to In process
- Scenario:
- When a cataloger select On order
- then the performed search will only be within instance records, where one or more of the associated item records has the availability item state set to On order
- Scenario: ??
- When a cataloger select Checked out
- then the performed search will only be within instance records, where one or more of the associated item records has the availability item state set to Checked out
- Scenario: ??
- When a cataloger select Checked in
- then the performed search will only be within instance records, where one or more of the associated item records has the availability item state set to Checked in
- Scenario:
- When a cataloger select more than one availability item status then
- then the performed search will be within instance records, where more availability item status is represented
- Scenario:
- When a cataloger does not select any of the availability item statuses
- then the performed search will be as default in FOLIO, a search where any of the item statuses is represented
