      Description

This is the first part of the UX Consistency Fixes for Inventory, covering General Observations.

The UX team has reviewed Inventory and identified several minor changes that are needed for the Inventory app to be consistent with the rest of FOLIO:

      General Observations:

      1. From the pane header in Instance, Holdings, and Item records - here “Edit instance” and “Duplicate instance” should be simplified to “Edit” and “Duplicate”.
      2. There are some empty fields, there should be some indication of missing data. A suggestion could be “ - ”. CW: three separate jiras are filed: UIIN-826 (in code review), UIIN-827, and UIIN-828. We'll close this long lasting story
