      Description

This is the first part of the UX Consistency Fixes for Inventory, covering button inconsistency.

The UX team has reviewed Inventory and identified several minor changes that are needed for the Inventory app to be consistent with the rest of FOLIO:

      Button Inconsistencies:

      1. Add holdings” page submit button is named “Create new holdings record” This button should be renamed to “Save and close”
      2. “Edit record detail” button is currently a pen, the pen needs to be a primary button with only “Edit” text in it, no icons. Buttons may not contain any icons, More info - https://ux.folio.org/docs/guidelines/components/button/ - CB: Going to move this to another story because it is low priority and disruptive (will need to be done all over the place). UIIN-538
      3. “Edit record” page has a submit button named “Update Instance” This button should be renamed to “Save and close”

Out of scope: Buttons with '+= sign. This is covered in separate story: UIIN-529.
