Settings-Inventory: Contributor Type: no error or warning when no code entered

Steps to repro:

1. Log into https://bugfest.folio.ebsco.com/ as abreaux/abreaux
2. Go to Settings/Inventory/Contributor Types
3. Create a new contributor type, but DO NOT fill in the code.
4. Try to save it

Expected:some sort of error or warning message that the code has not been filled in

Actual: the contributor type is not saved, but no warning is displayed; just stay in "edit" mode, sort of

NOTE: Check all the other Inventory settings that have text and codes, to see if they have the same behavior
