Instance record, accordion Classification in Edit mode - reverse the elements Classification type and number

Overview: The two elements Classifications Number and Classifications type needs to be switched around.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to FOLIO Snapshot , go to the Inventory app
2. Go to any given Instance record, click on the Edit pen in upper right corner
3. Drill down to the Classification accordion
